Position Title: Automotive Technician for European/Asian/Domestic

Location: Phoenix – 1725 W. Williams Dr. Building E Ste 56 Phoenix, AZ 85027 623-233-6432

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs on European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles
• Review TSBs and other service recommendations and translate them to the client’s needs.
• Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs via digital inspections, never any overselling.
• Communicate cause and correction for client’s concerns regarding their vehicle.
• Address any concerns from clients and interface with them on their vehicles as needed.
• Always maintain complete professionalism with clients, team members, and teammates.
• Keep shop in clean, working order.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our clients.
• Be able to perform Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) using provided tablets and laptops.
• No overselling always recommends what the client needs.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certifications with A1-A8 and L1 are preferred but not required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• European vehicle experience is preferred but not required.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Ability to flag 40+ hours per week.
• A positive attitude always!
• Desire to serve clients on a daily basis.
• 5+ years of experience minimum as an automotive technician.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes daily.
• Prefer experience with all makes and models.
• Strong diagnostic equipment experience is preferred.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve while working in our business.
• Solid communication skills are required.
• Able to work a 7:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F work schedule. (Full Time)
• Punctuality is required.
• Honest and Trustworthy are a must!

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by any applicant in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Automotive Technician must:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100+ pounds.
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for most if not all the workdays.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
• Efficiently navigate a computer, tablet, and laptop.
